The Villa is single storied and consists of 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (all with baths and showers).It sleeps upto 10 people.
All the rooms are fully air conditioned,the open plan layout making them very bright and spacious.There are also large ceiling fans in all the rooms.
The large living and dining area houses a dining table & six chairs along with a colour co-ordinated 3 seater sofa,love seat & single chair.There is also a colour TV (cable) & video recorder in the lounge area along with small video library and Radio/CD player.
This overlooks the large 30ft swimming pool which is fully screened and has an extended decking area with shaded lanai and ceiling fan to keep you cool.
The pool area is very secluded with lush tropical greenery and is not overlooked.A large deluxe patio table with padded chairs and sunloungers are provided for your relaxation.At night-time the floodlit palm trees look down over the pool area.All doors leading out to the pool area are alarmed-for child safety.The pool also has multi-coloured fibre optic lighting (blue.green,white & pink--take your pick!).
A barbeque is also supplied.
The kitchen area is tiled and includes a ‘Cafe’ area furnishing a table with 4 chairs and breakfast bar.It houses a large fridge-freezer with automatic icemaker,built in microwave,cooker with self cleaning oven,dishwasher and waste disposal unit.All cooking utensils along with crockery and cuttlery is supplied.
The laundry room is adjacent and includes a seperate washer & dryer,iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom hosts a queensize bed with matching bedroom furniture,Cable TV & walk in wardrobe.The on-suite bathroom has a large shower cubicle,WC,large Roman bathtub and ‘His’ & ‘Her’ marbled twin vanity units.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin single beds in each with matching furniture,fitted wardrobes & TV/VCRs.They share a second bathroom which is fully equipped with WC,bathtub with shower & marbled vanity unit.
Bedroom 4 houses a queensize bed with matching furniture,TV & fitted wardrobe.Adjacent to this is the 3rd bathroom containing WC,bathtub with shower & marbled vanity unit.
